Support syncing user-created lists

I'd like to be able to sync lists I've created in Trakt to Plex.

While Trakt may have supported liking your own list at some point (I did see prior discussion of this in #1625), it is not currently possible to like a list you created yourself in Trakt. So some new mechanism is required to make this sync possible.
