A few small issues that need correction

1. The Arduino logging utility page needs to be modified to suggest including "TcMenuLog.h" as otherwise may not work on Arduino.
2. The logging page should also mention the library is separated out.
3. The Theme page needs general improvements around the summary. It also needs to indicate that onRow or onRowCol is needed when overriding items.
4. Remove all references to simple test.
5. The edit content URL needs a / before the content part.
