Minor keyboard changes needed to complete keyboard support #51
Description
When using the keyboard support it's not possible to manage dialogs or complete editing on a text control. Both of these need to be fixed. Currently, an encoder is still needed, but really should not be.
Complex analog items with fractions can present quite strange behaviour that needs to be looked into.
Documentation is scarce on keyboard support, there should be a full page on the subject somewhere.
