Beginner's tutorial

Hello everyone,

I created a beginner-friendly tutorial of tabularray, available at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mmelepe/tabularray_tutorial/master/latest.pdf. The current official manual is quite nice but definitely not beginner friendly, see issue #633. The goal of this tutorial is to remedy to that.

Of course, I am not explaining every functionality of tabularray (for starters while being very cool I also believe that having the possibility of fine-tuning double hlines is a heresy to the typography gods). The pdf is open to comments and PR: https://github.com/mmelepe/tabularray_tutorial/
