Complete Data Entry Tool. Forms have been redesigned with a dropdown for counties (PA only). Data entry checks added for Lat/Lon values and water chemistry numbers (you cannot sample outside of a generous rectangle for PA (i.e., positive longitude) or enter unrealistic pH and DO). Amphibian table now available and a Tab on the Fish Survey and Water Form and data updated through summer 2025.
