docs(wiki): lessons-learned에 데이터/대시보드 평면 사례 추가 및 실패사례 한국어 다듬기
- Part 1에 §5 데이터 파이프라인/대시보드 모범사례 추가 (read model window 분리, freshness refresh, state rm/import, secret 주입, alert noise control, Lambda 위생)
- Part 2에 §10 데이터/대시보드 실패사례 추가 (history 504, stale risk, ECR secret 만료, 중복 Lambda/stale bytecode, EKS API 401)
- 실패사례(Part 2) 서술을 자연스러운 한국어 문장으로 재작성
- 엣지 편중 해소: factory-a(워크스트림 A)와 Data/Dashboard(워크스트림 B) 균형
- adr-snapshot-to-hostpath / adr-failback-os-cron 백링크 섹션 번호 갱신
