Typos

• Activity 1.2.17b: the quotation marks are going the wrong way in front of Octave

Other Things/Thoughts/Comments

• In 1.2.3d, it might make more sense to wrap the 3s in parentheses rather than the original components
  • This shows up again in Definition 1.2.5; see below
• Activity 1.2.4 needs a figure wrapper for the image, I think?
• The multiplication item in parentheses is inconsistent in Definition 1.2.5. The scalar in 2 is wrapped in parentheses while the component is wrapped in 3.

Any issues with quotation marks should have been fixed by #1000 (which was implemented after I compiled the PDF I posted earlier)

I think generally, if they are not referenced elsewhere, our images and interactives don't go in figures (and tabulars don't go in tables) when they are in an activity.
