Marked as ready for review but I'm not sure I understand @jkostiuk's intent for the final activity concerning the $\mathcal B$-coordinate matrix, particularly Task 4.3.9.b, and the definition of similar matrices lacks punch IMO.

Also noting we aren't assessing it, so I guess we should chalk this up as flexible extension?

ya @StevenClontz i think flexible extension is a good description of intent. it's largely foreshadowing the diagonalization application that comes in a few more lessons. edits look good to me!
