Documentation update: --common-envelope-lambda-nanjing-enhanced

The documentation for Nanjing lambda interpolation options should mention the need to use --common-envelope-lambda-nanjing-enhanced (already done in the help output, but not in https://compas.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pages/User%20guide/Program%20options/program-options-list-defaults.html )

--common-envelope-lambda-nanjing-interpolate-in-mass
Use Nanjing lambda's with mass interpolation (only used when using enhanced Nanjing lambda's) (default = FALSE)
--common-envelope-lambda-nanjing-interpolate-in-metallicity
Use Nanjing lambda's with metallicity interpolation (only used when using enhanced Nanjing lambda's) (default = FALSE)
