Summary

update the shortcode documentation modal markup to include Bootstrap 5 data attributes and accessibility tweaks
refresh the modal search input markup for compatibility with both Bootstrap 4 and 5
adjust CSS selectors so the modal controls keep their styling regardless of Bootstrap version
