Summary

add configurable page size for guide listings and persist it in module settings
implement pagination logic in the front pages controller with structured links
refresh the pages listing template with Bootstrap cards and pager styling

Testing

php -l controllers/front/pages.php
php -l models/EverblockPage.php
php -l everblock.php
