Adjust category tabs layout: two products beside slider, remaining full-width below

Motivation

• Implement the desired desktop layout where the category slider shows its title and navigation on the slide and two product miniatures appear to the right of the slider while remaining products flow below in full width.
• Keep existing carousel behavior intact for desktop slider mode and preserve mobile presentation/carousel behavior.

Description

• Update views/templates/hook/prettyblocks/prettyblock_category_tabs.tpl to detect when slider images are present and useDesktopSlider is false, then render sideProductsCount = 2 products to the right of the slider and remaining products in a full-width row below using col-12 product classes.
• Maintain existing desktop carousel rendering when useDesktopSlider is true and keep mobile carousel rendering under useMobileSlider as before.
• Ensure displayBeforeProductMiniature and displayAfterProductMiniature hooks are preserved and product column sizing continues to use productColumnClasses where appropriate.

• The change was validated by updating the template and committing the modification locally.
