In the Mii editor, if you go into the Eyes tab, you can click on any of the colors except brown it will update the preview of the Mii on the right. If you select brown, that preview will not update, although the brown paintbrush on the left will still be shown as selected. However, the color shown in the preview is still actually selected: as soon as you back out from the Eyes tab and save the Mii, it will have that eye color; if go to the Eyes tab again, that color will be selected in the interface on the left instead of brown.

EDIT: after looking at #258 I realized this problem occurs with the default eyes but not with every set of eyes. You can select another set of eyes, then brown, then the default eyes to get around this issue
