- patch 001: add runWithInboundTurn fallback in dispatchReplyFromConfig so channels that bypass dispatchInboundMessage (awada) also get inbound seq context - awada reply-dispatcher: add isStaleReply check in sendFinalReply to suppress replies superseded by newer inbound messages (message_sending hook never fires for awada since it bypasses deliver.ts entirely) - siliconflow-img-gen SKILL.md: remove Environment Variables section and add explicit note forbidding inline env var assignments - COMMAND_TIERS.md: add universal Exec call rules (no cd prefix, no inline env) - selfmedia-operator AGENTS.md: add Technical Issue Dispatch Protocol
- Regenerate patch 001 (suppress-stale-reply context) against new base; all 4 patches now pass --check cleanly on v2026.4.22
