…ound debouncer
- awada message-handler: add per-peer debouncer (mirrors feishu pattern)
- consecutive text-only messages from the same peer are merged within
the debounce window; media/audio events bypass debounce entirely
- only the last entry's metadata is used for dispatch; intermediate
messages are never dispatched and never enter conversation history
- debounce window reads cfg.messages.inbound.debounceMs (same key as feishu)
- remove patches/001-suppress-stale-reply-context.patch and
patches/suppress-stale-reply/ plugin — no longer needed
- remove suppress-stale-reply injection from apply-addons.sh
- update scripts/install.sh: switch wiseflow repo URL to gitcode.com mirror
- update README.md, patches/README.md, addons/README.md accordingly
