Add an exponential backoff strategy to reconnect the websocket. This should avoid temporary blips from affecting the bot transcriptions, that usually end up with an `AUTO_LEAVE_SILENCE` scenario. Task https://digitalcrew.teamwork.com/app/tasks/25714977
