This fixes #29 by using the Squirrel --processStart trampoline to launch the latest version of the app at all times

FYI, never written CoffeeScript before so apologies for any syntax errors 😆

@MarshallOfSound there's a new major release (3.0.0) that's been made. It contains your above patch plus the removal of the es6-promise dependency. Provided your project wasn't relying on this modules es6-promise dependency ( It overwrote Promise globally due to an issue with v8 ) you should be good to update to v3.0.0.
