Este PR añade un script sencillo para descargar datasets desde OpenNeuro utilizando la librería openneuro-py.
El archivo download_dataset.py permite al usuario:
Elegir el ID del dataset (por ejemplo, ds006036)
Seleccionar opcionalmente una ruta personalizada de descarga
Descargar los archivos automáticamente en la carpeta indicada
El objetivo es facilitar el acceso rápido a datos reales de EEG para pruebas y experimentación, siguiendo lo solicitado en el Issue #1.
