Build base skeleton UI for the project

Base skeleton UI is required to be built for the project.

The base skeleton should consists of the following things:

• Side bar based Navigation & Profile window. #5
• Side bar toggle to turn into bar. #6
• Main window with dynamic body content switch based on current page. #7
• Auto adaptation of page to different size devices. #8
