Application does not open.

As soon as I click on the Application I get the following message : "Apple could not verify “WinDiskWriter” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy."
Is there anything I need to go in order to bypass this security check?

Go to MAC settings/Privacy and Security
Scroll down and you will see WinDiskWriter.....choose OPEN ANYWAY
