HEEDLS-443 Add aria-labels to buttons in manage course page expandables

Description

Quick fix to make the buttons in the in manage course page expandables more specific - e.g. reading out "Edit Learning Pathway defaults" rather than just "Edit".

Also changed what happens if auto-refresh is checked when the user clicks save to match the instructions in the ticket. It will now redirect back to the manage course page without saving the details. This will be changed in 442 soon to direct the user to the Edit auto-refresh options page.
