Description

Objective

The Learning Hub currently hosts diverse content types without a unified structure or categorisation approach. This inconsistency impacts user experience, searchability, and scalability. A central service could provide standardisation and categorisation, ensuring content is organised logically and consistently across the platform.

Description / approach

  • A clear understanding of the feasibility and requirements for integrating a central service.

  • Recommendations for taxonomy, metadata standards, and categorisation logic.

  • A high-level design concept for how the service would interact with existing Learning Hub architecture.

  • Documented research findings on existing content structure and pain points.

  • Draft integration approach (including technical considerations and dependencies).

  • Stakeholder feedback captured and incorporated into recommendations.
