Split app feature

In this branch, I implemented the split app which includes:

• A user can add a solo expense.
• When a user wants to add an expense, they are presented with the list of all users.
• An expense can be added for oneself or another user.
• Expenses can be split evenly or by specific amounts.

BONUS

• User can settle up a debt
