Move properties with issues to top of the list

Red properties (properties with issues should be at the top of the list in the required properties section and orange properties (missing properties) should be at the top of the list of list in the optional properties section.  This will help see problems and things things could be added to the item easier as currently, they can get pushed below the fold of the results section.
