Hub Reordering & Hub Removal

This release adds a red delete button next to the move arrows.
It deletes the hub permanently from the project, rather than how the X only stops the hub and removes from showing it until the next re load of the project.

Install BAP V1.6 from lgauge.com first, then replace LegoTrainProject.exe with this one.

Hub Reordering

Added arrows at the bottom of each Hub to allow the Hubs to be moved, rather than keep them in the original loaded order. Developed with the assistance of Claude.ai
