Retention down to 2 months

Most longer retention queries used to use com.telemetrydeck.all as a namespace, but due to the recent changes in the permissions system seem to now use the customer's namespace instead. This leads to data seemingly not being available for queries, such as retention queries.

Also, double check admin interface queries for namespaces.

• Update compaction to monthly segments instead of daily
• Update long storage historical to store up to 24 months of data
