In recent day, my friend Himi Misaki asked me that could I borrow him an ARM64 Azure instance for running SPEC CPU 2006 to see some results to know something. I agree with that idea and allocate an instance with 64 vcpu and 256 GiB RAM to him, and we get something amazing results for SPEC CPU 2006.
I think I can also run benchncnn to know something after him because it seems benchncnn results lacks some results about processors used in modern data center scenarios. So, I run the benchncnn and create this PR.
