Can't download any model

I'm not able to download any model in 3.4.0, they all fail. I already tried updating the enviroment and reinstalling it multiple times, i tried with hotspot also, disabling antivirus and everything but nothing seemed to work.

i also checked the issues page to see if someone else had my same issue and mushroom's ticket from 3 weeks ago seems to be explaining what is happening to me too, same logs and everything but no fix was found

There are 2 reason the download will fail like this

1. Cant reach huggingface to download the files
2. The environment is not compatible with the device selected

In this case I think the issue is 2. as the AMD 6800XT is not supported by ROCM 7.2 so it will fail to load the pipeline to begin the download

The new version of Amuse use the new AMD ROCM API so it is limited to a few devices (7900XTX, W7900, Ryzen AI 395+)
