Summary

This PR small changes for dockerfile and docker compose for new added Teradata tools (tdml and tdvs) and tested both Lake and non-Lake environments.
It also introduces Teradata agents compatible with Flowise and the Teradata MCP server, along with updates to Docker configurations.

• Modified Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml to support passing required arguments dynamically based on the new tools defined in the active profile.
