⭐ Module Status

Live status lives in todo.md and the GitHub Project board — this page won't try to keep up with either, since it would just drift out of sync.

As of this page's last edit: build-logic conventions and the test-logging module are done; test, common, and the remaining twelve reactor modules are still Maven-only. See the module dependency graph for how they depend on each other, and why they have to convert in that order.
