TerriaJS and TerriaMap monorepo consolidation incoming!

We're consolidating all of Terria’s dependencies (including TerriaJS, TerriaMap, and terriajs-server to begin) together into one single monorepo, targeting the repository TerriaJS/terriajs as the destination. We will retain full git history of TerriaMap (and terriajs-server) as it folds into terriajs.

This will help Terria better maintain the library, and streamline releasing more regularly.

Some notes:

• npm consumers: no action needed. terriajs still publishes from packages/terriajs.
• Fork maintainers: TerriaJS/TerriaMap source now lives under the monorepo (e.g. packages/terriajs) - if you were forking terriajs with the aim of customising the library itself whilst also using TerriaMap for the UI wrapper; this should simplify forks so that you can do all customisations in one, without maintaining two forks of both terriajs and TerriaMap
• Contributors: one clone of the monorepo, rather than our overly complex development setup.

Now, for TerriaMap itself - TerriaMap will remain available as its own standalone repository, fed from the monorepo to start with.
