[RIT] Sign NDAs

This is consisted of three actions:

• All team members must sign and date NDAs and send them to Professor Newman
• Professor Newman must sign and date each NDA received
• NDAs must be submitted to the senior project website

Note: Professor Newman is not listed in this repo as a valid assignee, so the four team members have been assigned.
