refactor: convert migration-from-testableio into a directory#1009

Move Docs/pages/docs/migration-from-testableio.mdx into a directory of the same name as index.mdx, so downstream consumers (testably.org) can mount additional pages — such as the Testably.Abstractions.Migration package's documentation — as subpages under the same sidebar entry. Frontmatter is unchanged; Docusaurus treats title and sidebar_position as the category's metadata in this layout, so the existing position in the Abstractions sidebar is preserved.
