Textual localhost does not work on mobile browsers. #5429
Description
When I run the server everything is working well. The page loads and everything is fine.
When I try to open the page on a mobile device it shows the textual loading page and it stays there. Sometimes it loads a black screen with an empty brackets.
It seems like it cannot load the static JavaScript and the CSS files.
