player entity animation bug with necklace equipped

i dont know whats happened but when swimming the player model's neck twists and doesnt look natural or intentional

this is on fabric, and there is probably a mod conflict still searching what it is

i realised it also may be an issue with animation mods, cause when i remove the necklace the neck goes back to normal, but after a while having it on my player model neck twists weirdly.
