Changes

• Some changes to SPM (might've just ended up as the same as spm in 5.0)
• Removed 32-Bit CPU support however 32-Bit OSes and 32-Bit Python will work but you will be warned about it
• Updated browser
• Some Command Updates
• all apps are dark mode now
• upped default resolution
• removed media player

Requirements:
NOTE: THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE ONLY FOR SHELLOS WINDOWS 10 AND PYTHON ALONGSIDE SHELLOS WILL HAVE MUCH DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS

192MB of Ram (available)
256MB of Storage (available)
Windows 7-10
Python 3.12.6 or later (3.8 can work however it's blocked by default but this can be edited)
