docs: drop redundant static coverage badge#24

The badge row already carries the live Codecov badge, which links to the real, auto-updating coverage report. The static 'line coverage 100%' shields.io badge was a second, hardcoded copy of the same metric — redundant, and at risk of drifting out of sync with the live number. Removed it; the Codecov badge is the single source.

The live Codecov badge already covers this; the static one was a redundant hardcoded duplicate. Docs only.
