v1.9.7.4.2: bigger icon — fill the taskbar slot

- App icon padding reduced from 18% → 4% so logo matches Notion/Discord/ChatGPT visual weight in taskbar
- Tray master keeps 10% pad + glow halo (unchanged — tray needs breathing room for halo)
- Full icon set regenerated via Pillow, all 7 .ico sizes alpha-clean
