refactor: improve type hints in linear_search.py

Summary

• Add typing import for Any type
• Update linear_search parameter types from list/int to list[Any]/Any
• Update rec_linear_search parameter types from list/int to list[Any]/Any
• Improves type safety and IDE support while maintaining functionality

Changes

• Added from typing import Any import
• Changed sequence: list to sequence: list[Any] in both functions
• Changed target: int to target: Any in both functions to support searching for any comparable type

Testing

• All existing doctests pass
• No functional changes, only type hint improvements
