A Minecraft modpack containing handpicked mods for the optimal experience

Installation

1. Download CurseForge
2. Open CurseForge and install Minecraft
3. Select Minecraft
4. Select the modpack search bar
5. Enter TheBoyzBack in the search bar
6. Locate TheBoyzBack in the search results
7. Push the install button
8. Return to the My Modpacks tab
9. Select play on the modpack

Developer Setup

• TheBoyzPack development requires git for version control
• TheBoyzPack recommends using Visual Studio Code for development

1. Follow the first three steps in the Installation section
2. Click the settings icon in the bottom left of the application
3. Locate and select Minecraft in the left side navigation bar
4. Locate the Minecraft Modding Folder header
5. Navigate to this folder in a terminal of your choice
   • cd insert file path here
6. Navigate into the instances folder
   • cd instances
7. Run the following commands
   1. git clone https://github.com/TheBoyzOps/TheBoyzPack
   2. cd TheBoyzPack
8. Validate that the modpack has shown up under the My Modpacks tab
   • This may require a refresh
   • If the mods don't show up in the list:
     1. Go into the mods folder and delete a mod
     2. Add the mod back a few seconds later
     3. See if that helped
