Crash when using a fabricated IC ATM9 1.20.1

I made a really simple IC in 1.20.1 ATM9 (added a few more mods). It crashes the game whenever a redstone signal is sent into it. I also can no longer load into the game without it crashing afterward (backups were needed). refabricating the circuit doesn't help. Sorry, I tend to break things.

This is not an issue with CCL, ProjectRed is calling a function with garbage data.
