Yea - it is something that I am working on right now.
I have it conceptually in my head and some draft thoughts here on the post at the moment.
I am actually using the standard on this website and in my knowledge base currently but need to just take a moment to write it up.

Hey @kdheepak, I wanted to let you know that after some months of tinkering and exploring, I have put together a much more coherent proposal.
I am in the midst of fixing up the website here further recently, but I was finally able to put pen to paper after about 2.5 years worth of experimentation with this model.
It works and I am excited to see how it can be used for building more tools around it -- NoteMate.jl is my first attempt at a tool I am making for myself that can parse a knowledge base adhering to the model I proposed and produce targeted output to other file formats and also be used for additional analysis.

I'd be eager to hear your thoughts if you still have interest! Cheers!

Overall great proposal! Few nitpicks/ideas that I'm copying over from the conversation on discord:

• Perhaps place the note body before the bibliography references - bibliography references are less critical than the note body and therefore make less sense as one of the primary segments
• Enforce some more consistent rules for dates, so things don't go to absolute chaos :p. Perhaps find some ISO or other form of standard that people can adhere to date-wise
