Neoforge 1.21.1 Invalid paths argument

Attempting to start the game using neoforge 1.21.1 and only the Music Triggers mod + this library, the game crashes instantly with an io exception.

/home/riku/.local/share/PrismLauncher/instances/Test/minecraft/mods/theimpossiblelibrary-0.4.4.jar does indeed exist, but the log doesn't have the leading slash, so maybe there's something wrong with the path resolution?

In shared/1.21/src/neoforge/java/mods/thecomputerizer/theimpossiblelibrary/neoforge/v21/core/TILSelfLocator.java on line 98, it seems to do something if the path starts with a /.

I wanted to comment it out and see if it worked after, but I wasn't able to compile the mod on my system due to it not being able to resolve dependencies for some reason. I've never worked on multi-loader mods so I'm lost lol

I've been working on refactoring/reorganizing the source so there are a lot of issues that make it not currently buildable.

The leading / is most likely correct though
