Galaxies, Nebulas, and other Astronomical Points

Hi,
I was trying to analyze some galaxies and asteroid belts for their significance, but it seems neither swiss or moira contain this possibility, I have added this support via CDS J2000,
I've added the things not in Swiss to Moira, shall i push up PR?

Proposed change:
SWISS: eight planetary moons plus Halley, Hale-Bopp, NEOWISE, 67P, West, and ʻOumuamua
NEW MOIRA: 60 galaxies, nebulae, clusters, compact objects, remnants, and host stars.
