This is the first public release of Toggtime, thirty years after I originally wrote it. I built the source in October 1995 in Borland Turbo Pascal 7 on MS-DOS, and in April 2026 I set up the same compiler inside DOSBox-X on macOS, compiled it again, and it worked. The executable in this release was freshly compiled from the preserved original source code.
The download contains TOGGTIME.EXE, a short README.TXT, and the MIT license. Run it in MS-DOS or DOSBox-X. Full source code is in the repository.
