SD-7: Improve error messages with actionable guidance

Problem

Error messages lack actionable guidance (e.g., "Did you mean...?", "Try: ..."). Agents cannot recover from opaque errors and fail instead of self-correcting.

Proposal

Enhance error handling to include:

• "Did you mean ...?" suggestions for misspelled commands/flags
• "Try: ..." hints with the correct syntax
• Links to relevant help sections where applicable
