[FEAT]: Lose money on pvp death and give it to the killer

Hello,
I'm a new TNE user and i was wondering if there is any way to make players lose money after losing a pvp fight and give the money to the killer (make the money a percentage)
Great plugin by the way it has a lot of features but it looks like it doesnt have this.

Reasoning

I would like to make losing after a pvp fight punishing without the player losing all of their items
