Dependency fix

Fixed problem with yii2-oauth2-server. Package was requiring version that doesn't exist because this version and changes were done in difference package.

v0.1.3: Merge pull request #2 from TheRealStart/update

This release doesn't contain serious technical changes. Only composer.json were updated. Updated were made before publishing this tool as composer package.
