Add release-readiness checklist for maintainer automation examples

Expand the release-readiness example into a reusable checklist.

Include:
- changelog check
- validation command
- install/upgrade/rollback notes
- private-data scan
- residual-risk note

Keep the checklist generic enough for OSS maintainers to copy into their own repos.
