Update contribution guide #45
Description
Add CONTRIBUTION.md file at the root of the repo. Link it into the main README file.
To contribute, users must first join our discord, create a profile on theguild.dev and link their discord username in their guild profile. Then they will discuss terms for fulfilling the ticket with Antoine. The rough rule of thumb for rewarding contribution is 10 points per hour, 80 points per day. The contribution tokens hold no monetary value but will give voting rights in the guild in the future. Also the process of contributing will be rewarded with badges on theguild.dev
